Dear Mr. Lin
We am laminating two (2) pieces of glass with a film inter-layer from other manufacturer, but the glass and film (with the first piece of glass) has many small air bubbles that we can’t get out. (even though we are following the film manufacturer’s instructions.)
Then we are using a liquid laminate to laminate a second piece of glass to the film side of the first piece of glass. This works well, and the only problem is the initial air bubbles from the first phase.
We were told to try a vacuum bag system, but do not have any heating ovens/equipment or autoclave to do this and that’s all we have found on the internet, so far.
The question to you is:
Can this be done with just a vacuum bag and air drying?
If so, do you have bags about 40″ x 80″ that would work?
What other equipment would be needed?
And, do you sell it also?
Please advise asap.
